Admissions/Billing
We accept Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, self pay and sliding scale. Please remember to bring your insurance card and a photo ID to your first appointment. If you are insured, your co-pay must be paid at the time of service. If you are responsible for your bill, payment in full is due at the time of services. If you are uninsured, payment arrangements need to be made prior to appointment.
